Herrin Pediatric Dentistry is happy to treat all kids including those with special health care needs. Unfortunately children with special health care needs often have trouble finding a dental home. Most dentists have little training treating these patients. Dr. Herrin had the privilege of training at some the nation’s top children’s hospitals Texas Scottish Rite and Children’s Medical Center. This gave him the opportunity to treat a variety of different special needs patients. Please feel free to call our office and talk with Dr. Herrin about your child and any concerns that you may have. Dr. Herrin recognizes that every child is unique and is willing to take the extra time to provide high quality, compassionate care to your child. If needed, our office does offer sedation services and has privileges at a local hospital. Our office will coordinate dental care with your medical doctors if necessary to ensure that treatment is done safely.
